Order procedure
|
|
When you’ve received the quotation and would like to purchase a license, the procedure is as follows:
1. After we have received our quotation signed by you, we will send you the invoice for the amount due.
2. Upon reception of the amount due on our Dutch bank account we will send you the software
package (CD, USB Dongle) by courier within 3 weeks. The license file will be send to you
by email afterwards.

Supported Operating Systems
|
|
The program BREAKWAT is supported on WINDOWS XP & WINDOWS 7.
|
|
License types: stand-alone or server (floating license)
|
|
For the program BREAKWAT a stand-alone as well as a server license can be issued. Both licenses are issued in combination with a hardware key, called USB dongle, which needs to be connected to PC, laptop or a server.
The advantage of using a server license (floating license) is that this type of license enables multiple users within a company to access the license via a network. Note, however that the program BREAKWAT still needs to be installed on the client PC!
The advantage of using a stand-alone license is that it enables users to run the program BREAKWAT on a PC or laptop without a network connection.

Leasing options
|
|
It is not possible to lease the program BREAKWAT for a limited period.
|
|
Additional copies
|
|
Discounted prices apply for additional copies of BREAKWAT:
- 1st and 2nd additional copies is 50% of the then applicable list price
- 3rd and higher additional copies is 25% of the then applicable list price
|
|
Training
|
|
A custom-tailored training can be provided either at our home office or on location, in which case we charge all costs for transportation and lodging and a minimum of one extra day for travel and preparation. The costs depend on the agreed program and can be provided on request. The fee per day is € 1500.

|
Maintenance contract
|
|
In some cases we recommend to include also a maintenance contract. This entitles you to free improved releases of the program, a number of hours of support by phone, fax, email etc. by Deltares’ staff and a reduction on new releases of the program. The annual fee for such a maintenance contract is approximately 10% of the price of the program, with a minimum of € 1000.
All prices include Maintenance & Support for the first year.
