DEWS Taiwan is a special development that emerged as a spin-off from the Flood Early Warning System
that has been built for the Water Resources Agency (WRA) in Taiwan using the standard software Delft
FEWS. Cooperation in the field of water resources and disaster management between Deltares and WRA has a long history and started already in the 1980es.
