Poznan is the fifth largest city in Poland and has more than 500.000 inhabitants. Aquanet S.A. is
responsible for approximately 1000 km of sewers in Poznan and neighbouring area. Sewer management
is not yet carried out in a systematic way. Therefore, Aquanet was enthousiastic when, through support
of Partners for Water, Deltares and Grontmij carried out a sewer management project in a pilot area in
the city of Poznan.
