RIMAROCC aims to develop a method for risk management of road infrastructure in relation to climate change. End users are road owners in Europe. The result of the project is a structured process that supports decisions to be made by road owners. The method gives guidance on how to identify, analyse, evaluate and treat risks. In 2010, Deltares will test the method on a road network in the Netherlands. RIMAROCC is a European research project for ERA NET ROAD. Deltares cooperates with partners from France (Egis), Sweden (SGI) and Norway (NGI).
